I just watched this dude on TV make some wonderful things from chocolate. I learned that white chocolate is cocoa butter flavoured with vanilla (well, kind of). And he made this cool decorative chocolate bark-like stuff by pouring chocolate over bubble wrap and then pulling the wrap away to show the cool design. Pretty neat!
